Thanks again for the reception for the talk on Tax and PI Damages last week. Am flattered!

This is to give advance warning of the next talk Apil have invited me to give arising from the Mathieu case, this time on the current equally hot topic of risk of onset of premature dementia post traumatic brain injury, and obtaining a provisional damages award to cater for the risk.
