Glad to have this published in the November 2022 edition of PI Focus. A short piece pointing up then important issues which can still arise as to tax implications. In this case it was because of the claimant's residence abroad, but some of the issues can arise even for UK residents, especially in higher value claims. Enjoy and be warned!
